Christine Forbes
Christine is a New York City based writer, producer, and graphic designer. She made her first foray into media working for national syndicates such as BET and CNN as well as local news stations NY1 and Bay News 9. Christine also assisted editors at the Hearst Luxury Beauty Group, the global authority in editorial beauty.
Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Barnard College in 2019. Her concentration in Political Theory led her to study political systems with an emphasis on using data science to analyze public opinion and American voter trends. Months later, Christine honed her investigative and multimedia production skills at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She received her Master of Science in Journalism in 2020.
Since childhood, Christine has loved art — a love that led her to train with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Recognizing that art has the power to shape culture and spark change, she strives to produce provocative and inspirational content to create a better world.
